Originally a 154 sqm two-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, this residence was transformed into a 200 sqm three-bedroom pied-à-terre by incorporating all existing balconies. The design and build process included securing a special permit to modify the façade, allowing for large collapsible windows that open fully to the Mediterranean Sea, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living.
