AIDC partnered with GHD's Abu Dhabi team to tackle the challenging transformation of a two-tower workspace spanning over 30 floors. Our key role was to ensure that the core concept design intent, crafted to reflect a new corporate culture, was consistently maintained across the varied floor plates. This required a strategic and adaptive approach, as each floor presented unique opportunities and constraints. The inherent challenge of varying floor plates required AIDC to develop innovative solutions for design consistency, a cornerstone of our strategic collaboration.
