AIDC was awarded the contract for the design and construction of the new headquarters for Wasco Energy Middle East, located within a vast pipe coating facility in a freezone area. The G+1 office structure was designed with a dual purpose: to provide administrative space for management and to cater to the daily needs of the workforce. The office building's design was heavily influenced by its industrial surroundings, creating a modern yet robust aesthetic. AIDC's construction seamlessly integrated the office with the rest of the site, ensuring logistical efficiency and reinforcing Wasco's commitment to creating a world-class work environment for all employees.
