AIDC proposed a flagship design and build concept for O Mediterranean Bistro in Muscat, featuring underground parking and a two-level structure. The design centered around an open-air courtyard with a reflective pool surrounded by dining tables, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. Traditional mashrabiya elements were reimagined as privacy wall curtains, blending cultural heritage with contemporary aesthetics. The project was positioned to become a destination venue, but is currently on hold.
