The project involved designing of a new, purpose-built facility to serve as the headquarters for the Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) department. The modern G+2 structure, designed by AIDC, consolidates administrative functions and advanced material testing capabilities into a single, cohesive building to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

The building's functional design was meticulously planned to separate the specialized laboratory operations from the administrative offices, ensuring an optimal working environment for all staff.
